Lenz is a geek who loves to play with recent technology. He played with NoSQL before it was called that way, he worked with cloud architectures before we had a name for it. He is constantly on the search for interesting new developments and trials them in real world applications. Lenz is a true geek also in the sense that he shares what he learned. He is a regular at various user groups in Wellington and talks about the experiences he gained with recent technologies deployed in real-world applications.

Lenz is also a strong believer in open source and publishes and maintains a lot of code he developed for various clients as well as for his own ventures.

Speaking of ventures. Lenz is also a founding member of iWantMyName and the technical brains behind this amazing startup.
